Just to let people know who live in New Jersey. The road test is in a close course(with stuff like cones and crap) and not on the main roads.

You’re right! And if you follow the rule in California of looking in your mirrors every 2 to 5 seconds, you will be doing that all along. I did not invent S.M.O.G.– I was told to teach it by a DMV Driver Safety Hearing Officer.

you should use your mirrors before you signal

Keep an eye out for signs posted that will tell you the maximum speed limit. Then drive at that or close to it–unless there are traffic conditions (road surface, weather, pedestrians, heavy motor vehicle traffic, etc) that require a slower speed for safe driving. If so, then go slower but with the flow of traffic. In any case, don’t exceed the posted speed limit. Good luck!

Awesome video! Thank you.
For me, when I drive and need to stop. I apply a semi hard brake and slowly lift it up, so its nice and smooth and not lunging forward.
