The Ford Escape catches up with a facelift

One of the novelties that Ford will present this coming year has to do precisely with one of its most popular models. The long-awaited renewal of the SUV made in Spain will finally see the light of day.

The renewal of the Escape has been anticipated through the new Ford Escape 2023 recently presented in the United States. Both models are very closely related. The new Escape will sport a renewed exterior image and expanded technological equipment. In addition, it is not ruled out that changes occur in the mechanical section to improve efficiency.

The Ford Puma becomes an electric SUV

The time has come for Ford to increase its small European range of electric cars. In 2023 we will witness the arrival on the scene of a new and very interesting 100% electric SUV. It is the Ford Puma E. The imminent farewell to the Ford Fiesta paves the way for the landing of the electric Puma. A model that will be manufactured in Europe. More specifically in Krakow. In the same production center where the Ford Puma with a heat engine is manufactured.

It will be equipped with Ford technology. The new electric Puma will play a leading role. And it is that it will allow the brand to enter the important segment of the B-SUV. It will have a maximum range of around 350 kilometers. The battery will not be excessively large. Something key to getting a reasonable sale price.

Ford prepares an electric SUV with Volkswagen technology

Last but not least, we must talk about another electric vehicle. An SUV whose name is, to this day, unknown. However, the details confirmed to date suggest a model that will also be key in the aforementioned process of switching to the electric car that Ford has started in Europe.

It is a medium-sized SUV supported, and this is very important, by the MEB platform of the Volkswagen Group. Yes, this electric will use Volkswagen technology. It is the result of the collaboration between both manufacturers. With a range of up to 500 km according to the WLTP cycle, it will be manufactured in Cologne (Germany).
