The space in the interior of the Polestar 5 (2024) should be generous despite the elegant silhouette and large battery in the underbody – thanks to a 3.1-meter wheelbase. The interior of the associated study is also characterized by many elements made from recycled materials. The seats are made from recycled PET bottles using a 3D process, while the upholstery and headrests are made from recycled cork vinyl. Recycled fishing nets are used for the carpets, while the interior linings and backrests are made from flax composite material from Bcomp.

The latter should even bring a weight saving of up to 50 percent compared to conventional materials. The cockpit is dominated by two screens connected by a luminous frame. The instruments are shown on a 12.5-inch display. The brand’s new infotainment system, which was developed in close cooperation with Google, is operated via the central 15-inch touchscreen of the Polestar Precept (2024).
