Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV Revealed & Sporty RS version

After months of advances and spy photos, the Skoda Enyaq Coupé iV is already among us. This model, brother of the Audi Q4 Sportback e-Tron and Volkswagen ID.5, complete the range of the successful Enyaq iV, which has managed to gain a foothold in the European D-segment (medium SUV) in a matter of months. In addition, the Coupé does not arrive alone, as it is accompanied by the unprecedented sports version RS.

Its dimensions do not vary too much compared to the standard Enyaq iV, as it measures 4,653 mm long, 1,879 mm wide, 1,622 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2,765 mm, keeping the width and wheelbase of the original Enyaq iV unchanged, which announces 4,649 mm long and 1,616 mm high. The trunk for its part will lose some capacity (570 liters instead of 585).

The most notable change to the Enyaq Coupé iV is its new profile, with a steeper roof drop and a steeper rear window. This allows you to enjoy a better aerodynamic coefficient (0.234), which gives you greater autonomy (up to 545 km WLTP) than the conventional model.

From the B-pillar forward, there is no notable change. The headlights are full-LED as standard and Matrix LED as an option; In addition, you can choose a “Crystal Face” grille illuminated by 131 diodes. The wheels are between 19 and 21 inches, while the color palette has been enriched with the new Orange Phoenix and Gray Graphite Metallic, which replaces Quartz Gray Metallic.

The Skoda Enyaq Coupé iV will offer up to 545 kilometers of autonomy

Inside, the 5.3-inch digital instrumentation, the 13-inch touch screen for the infotainment system, and the upholstery made of recycled materials (the seat covers are made from virgin wool and recycled PET bottles) stand out. As it could not be otherwise, there is no lack of advanced driving assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, lane assistant, or front assistant with predictive protection for pedestrians and cyclists.

The range will be made up of four versions :

At the moment, all the technical data of the model have not been revealed; For example, only the autonomy of the iV 80 models is known, which, as we have indicated before, reaches 545 km WLTP. The RS iV offers a 0 to 100 km / h of just 6.5 seconds. As for the load, the 77 kWh versions can go from 10 to 80% in just 29 minutes (125 kW).

The RS is equipped with a sports chassis with a ground clearance lowered by 1.5 centimeters and includes a specific aesthetic pack (black grille surround, window surround, and diffuser; 20-inch wheels, Matrix LED headlights as standard, color Exclusive Mamba Green, carbon fiber effect interior decorations, seats with integrated headrests, aluminum pedals…).
