Skoda Enyaq iV Coupe New details and photos

The Skoda Enyaq iV has been with us for some time and this e-SUV of the Czech brand has started its journey very well since the beginning of its commercialization last year around 70,000 orders for this model have already been registered. Without a doubt, it is a very interesting model, something that we were able to see first-hand this summer when we tested it but to continue to be successful and reach a wider audience, the Enyaq iV will add a new variant at the beginning of 2022.

We still do not have a specific date and, as you can see in the images that accompany these lines, we still have to see it under a thick layer of camouflage, but Škoda has already confirmed that the Enyaq Coupé iV variant will arrive in early 2022. It will be marketed in three power variants and is presented with an even more efficient variant than the traditional SUV variant, as it offers a drag coefficient of 0.247, which translates into an increase in the autonomy of its battery.

The future Škoda Enyaq Coupé iV will have slightly larger dimensions with a length of 4,653 mm and a height of 1,617 mm, which translates into 4 mm and 1 mm higher respectively compared to the Enyaq iV, while the width and distance between axles remain unchanged. Although it is shown under the camouflage, we can see how the Enyaq Coupé iV has a roofline that descends smoothly from the B-pillar to the rear and, in addition, it should be noted that as standard it will be offered with a panoramic roof of crystal.

Regarding the interior of the Škoda Enyaq Coupé iV, the brand does not offer us data regarding height in the rear seats, which should be slightly reduced but, on the other hand, if they indicate that the capacity of its trunk is set at 570 liters, so it is not far from the 585 liters offered by the traditional SUV body. Like the latter, the Enyaq Coupé iV will offer a wide selection of designs and options to leave its interior to our liking, which can be accompanied by the available technological options that will complement the already extensive standard equipment.

On a mechanical level, the Škoda Enyaq Coupé iV will be offered in three power levels. On the one hand, we will have the iV 60 that has a 132 kW electric motor whose power is sent to the rear axle through a single-speed gearbox, in addition to having a 62 kWh battery; the next variant, iV 80, also sends 150 kW of power to the rear axle and can optionally be equipped with the more powerful 82 kWh battery; finally, the iV 80x variant adds an 80 kW motor to the front axle, achieving a combined power of 195 kW that is sent to the four and, in addition, it will be obligatorily linked to the 82 kWh battery.
