Exterior Design

Skoda has released the first design sketches of the Vision 7S concept. The fact that it is an SUV cannot be overlooked. The front apron is striking and newly designed. In general, the entire front shows itself in the new Skoda design language.

The headlights are very narrow and set far outwards, expanding the 4-eye graphic into a “T”. The substructure also looks very strong, as if made for off-road use. The wheels, which were also aerodynamically well designed, would also speak for this.

The roofline slopes very gently toward the rear, so inside, you shouldn’t have a problem with rear headroom. On the side, you can see clear surfaces without unnecessary edges or beads.

The Vision 7S concept should stand for sustainability, robustness, generosity, and functionality – and be efficient at the same time. Above all, space should come first, which also suggests that the Vision 7S is designed as a 7-seater.

Skoda recently published sketches of the interior of the Vision 7S. The interior is very minimalistic and reduced. But very functional and intuitive. The central and free-standing touchscreen is arranged vertically in the Vision 7S – a first for a Skoda model.

The shape of the steering wheel is also promising – we already know the flattened shape of the steering wheel from Tesla models. Of course, the Skoda-typical Simply Clever features can also be found in the concept vehicle.

The premiere of the concept vehicle is scheduled for August 30th. More details are to be expected shortly.
