The electric motors deliver between 132 to 225 kilowatts, which corresponds to 179 to 306 hp. If you choose the most powerful version, you get an electric motor on each axis. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is possible in 6.6 seconds and the top speed is 160 km / h.

Technical data and exterior design

In terms of design, the ID.6 is very similar to its smaller crossover sibling, the ID.4. But overall, the ID.6 looks like the VW Roomzz that was shown as a concept a few years ago. The massive front is adapted to the size of the ID.6 and the typical ID headlights are correspondingly larger. There are no cameras, but normal exterior mirrors and sliding doors are not found either, so the classic doors were chosen for the production vehicle.

The windshield is flat and the roof slopes gently back towards the rear. A quite large roof spoiler sits enthroned there.

A characteristic of the ID.6 is certainly its huge wheelbase of almost three meters. This promises an enormous amount of space in the interior and even when fully occupied with seven people you shouldn’t get claustrophobic.

The ID.6 has enough space for up to seven people, so you have the feeling that the interior is like a lounge. The wheelbase has grown by a full 30 centimeters compared to the ID.4, which means that the third row of seats can be installed. If you want, you can adjust the second row of seats lengthways.
