The second generation of the Dacia Duster is about to complete three years of life on the market. The low-cost SUV was unveiled at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, so it is almost at the midpoint of its life cycle on the market. It is one of the best-selling models in all of Europe. Dacia threw all the meat on the spit during the development of this second generation of the Duster, giving a twist to the first model, with a more modern and more equipped aesthetic, but retaining some characteristic features, such as the silhouette, and its capacity outside of the asphalt.

Because the Duster is one of those models that offer robustness, and not only in the image, but also dynamically. The Dacia Duster will debut aesthetic and mechanical improvements in 2022

Very simple changes that do not cost a lot of money, as they usually do in the face washes of the firm’s models, and that you can see in this recreation. The headlights will retain the main shape but will bet on the new LED light signature integrated into the upper section of the headlights, in the shape of an arrow, while the grille will also offer a more sporty and elegant design with two chrome slats.

The Dacia Duster facelift will arrive in spring 2022, also taking the opportunity to include some of the new equipment such as a new larger touch screen for the infotainment system, new connectivity options, and a redesigned dashboard.

Dacia will also maintain the range of mechanics, although it will introduce improvements. In this sense, versions with 12 Volt MHEV technology are expected in the gasoline propellants, as well as a hybrid version with E-Tech technology, the same as the new Clio E-Tech, although without all-wheel drive, the only determining factor of the platform.
