Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Off-Road Supercar

before the customary farewells, the last blow of the tail. A blow that raises dust until it obscures the sun, like a Bull with dynamite in its hooves. Lamborghini Huracan moves rapidly towards the end of a cycle: before giving way to its plug-in hybrid successor (2024? ), Space for Huracan Sterrato, the first Lambo prepared for rallies. After the spy photos, it’s the turn of an official video. Title:  ” Beyond the Concrete ” . What’s beyond the asphalt? Here’s what’s there.

The clip’s Huracan Sterrato is covered in a camouflage casing, but the ” Brave, Authentic, Unexpected ” livery does not hide the redesigned body kit. After all, the super emotional video teaser only confirms the forms leaked over the months. Ah, even the nickname ” Dirrato ” was certainly not 100%. Now it is: look at the writing on the back.

Exterior

In general, the stock Huracan Sterrato should remain true to the prototype: unpainted bolt-on fender add-ons, skid plates, additional LEDs mounted on the front bumper, roof bars, slightly redesigned air intakes, a new diffuser, and a large air intake on the engine cover for extra cooling. The 20-inch alloy wheels are shod with all-terrain tires, while the optimized suspension offers more ground clearance than usual. Underbody protections? Hopefully so.

Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Engine

Still no details on the engine, however in all likelihood the Sterrato will accompany the non-electrified 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 to its last appearance. 610 hp as on the Huracan Evo RWD ? Or the  640 HP of  Huracan Evo AWD , Tecnica and STO ? The only security is the four-wheel drive (and God forbid).

Lamborghini Huracàn Sterrato should definitively come out of hiding in the coming months, probably at the 2022 Paris Motor Show in October. If in Sant’Agata they decide to participate. Whatever the context, let’s expect fireworks.
