First photos of the new Tesla Model 3 has been leaked

The renovation of the Model 3 is one of the priority tasks of Tesla workers in Austin. The Americans want to continue exploiting the goose that lays the golden eggs and, with the arrival of new rivals, they know that now more than ever it is necessary to bring to light an improved and stylized version. Until the arrival of the Model Y, the saloon has been Tesla’s best-selling model in the world. A real success that will be updated this year. Everyone assumed that its design was not going to change much, but the first image revealed dismantled any conservative theory.

It has been more than a year since Tesla decided to update its two flagships. The Model S and Model X received significant changes, but not in terms of design. However, that policy seems to change radically before the new Model 3. Known internally as the Highland project, the Americans have barely provided details of what innovations the smallest saloon in the house will incorporate. It is clear that they want to revolutionize, once again, the market and they plan to do it with a really attractive design according to what we can see in the image.

Many elements reveal that we are dealing with a Tesla, such as the mirrors, the wheels, or the hood, but it is significant what can change the image of a car with a new bumper and much more aggressive headlights than the current ones. Fine and stylized, the optics show a sharper line, something that we had not been able to see until now, since the last times that test units had been intercepted they were densely camouflaged.

Aerodynamically speaking, in the absence of hard data, the 2024 Tesla Model 3 seems more effective. One of the goals of the Highland Project is to improve performance in every field. The aim is to reduce the number of components and make a mechanism that has proven to be at the forefront of the industry easier. The offer of engines will change, although in that aspect great revolutions are not expected. The same units with one or two motors and a renewed battery will be able to offer higher levels of range. A possible Plaid version is not ruled out, although Tesla has not yet ruled on it.

More changes will come inside, especially applied to the multimedia system and the central screen. One of the most talked about additions will be the Yoke steering wheel. As in the Model S and Model X, Tesla will give its customers the possibility of incorporating it, although as we have seen lately, many drivers do not seem satisfied with the yoke format. Just yesterday we reported that Tesla was going to launch an improved version as of July of this year, possibly coinciding with the official presentation of the Model 3 2024. It is not known when the best seller from the American firm will come to light since the project is being carried out in the strictest secrecy.
